Every candle we create is hand-poured with care in small batches in our studio in Anoka, Minnesota. We use traditional techniques combined with modern technology to produce candles that are both beautiful and functional. You deserve the best candle-burning experience, so here are some tips to help you get the most out of our candles. With a few simple practices, you can ensure a clean, even burn and enjoy the full benefits of our beautifully crafted scents.
The First Burn
To get the best out of your candle, let it burn for 3-4 hours the first time, or until the wax melts all the way to the edges. This helps set a good burn pattern and prevents tunneling, where wax gets left on the sides of the jar.
Trim Your Wick
Before each burn, trim your candle wick to 1/8". This helps reduce soot and keeps the flame healthy. A wick trimmer, scissors, or a nail clipper works great for gently trimming the top of the wick. Enjoy your candle at its best!
Burn Well
Each time you burn your candle, make sure it melts all the way to the edges. This will help maximize your candle's burn time and ensure an even melt.

With a career rooted in Project Management, Kelly found herself with extra time during the COVID pandemic and sought a creative outlet. She discovered the joy of making hand-crafted candles and realized how a simple scent could lift her mood. Inspired to share this gift with others, what began as a fun experiment quickly turned into a business.
Now, Kelly delights in brightening people's days with the simple pleasure of a beautiful scent in their homes through hand-poured, clean-for-the-home soy wax candles.
